Change doesn’t always have to be hard. The five-part process that I share with you in this episode will allow you to set intentions around what you can control, and also leave room for the things that you can’t necessarily control. I’ve practiced this process for end-of-the-year reflections and intention-setting since 2016 and know that it’s going to help set you up for success in all the new years to come!
