about

Sue is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Risely Health.

Sue’s career started in a classroom, and that foundation still shapes how she coaches today. She has always loved helping people make sense of complex topics in practical, human ways. After training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2005, Sue moved into health and wellness, working across worksite wellness, kids’ nutrition, and coaching. Her path became more personal after her own fertility journey, which led her to open a fertility coaching practice and support women through treatment, nutrition, and the emotional side of the process, and later into digital health where she supported coaching and training within a fertility benefits company.

Sue later expanded her focus to menopause and midlife health after navigating her own experience and pursuing specialized training. As someone living with LADA/Type 1 diabetes, she has come to deeply understand the daily mental load and unpredictability that comes with it, which led her to focus more on supporting the T1D community. Sue brings a coaching style that’s warm, practical, and grounded in real life, helping people feel less overwhelmed and more confident in managing their health.
