You don't have an information problem.

You have an implementation problem.

If you've ever felt like you know what you're supposed to do, but can't seem to actually do it consistently, you're not alone.

You've listened to the podcasts, saved the Instagram posts, and left endocrinology appointments feeling motivated to make changes. But then life gets busy. A few frustrating blood sugar days knock you off course, and before long you're back to reacting to your CGM instead of understanding it, eating the meals that feel "safe," and wondering why nothing ever seems to stick.

The problem isn't that you haven't learned enough. And it isn't that you lack motivation or discipline.

The problem is that information alone doesn't change how you manage Type 1 diabetes.

Living with T1D means making hundreds of decisions every day. Without a framework to help you make those decisions consistently, it's easy to fall back into old habits, especially when life gets unpredictable.

That's exactly why we built The Risely Collective.

Inside The Risely Collective, you'll build a decision-making framework you can trust

Without the right support, it's easy to stay stuck in the same cycle:

1. Reacting to blood sugars instead of understanding the patterns behind them.

2. Second-guessing every decision because nothing feels predictable.

3. Playing it safe by avoiding foods, workouts, or situations you don't feel prepared for.

4. Feeling like you're constantly starting over instead of building on what you've learned.

5. Carrying the mental load of Type 1 diabetes on your own

6 months from now, you will:

Stop wondering what your CGM is trying to tell you and start recognizing patterns with confidence.

Stop starting from scratch every time life throws you a curveball, whether it's travel, illness, eating out, or exercise.

Understand why your blood sugars do what they do so you can make decisions proactively instead of reactively.

Feel the mental load of diabetes get lighter because you're no longer trying to figure everything out on your own.

Trust yourself to navigate everyday diabetes decisions with more confidence and less overthinking.

Why The Risely Collective works differently.

Most diabetes education gives you more information and hopes you'll figure out how to apply it on your own.

The Risely Collective works differently.

Instead of trying to improve everything at once, we focus on one area of Type 1 diabetes each month. You learn it, apply it in your everyday life, get coached through the challenges, and build the confidence to make better decisions before moving on to the next.

We believe depth creates better results than trying to improve everything at once.

Six months ago, they were exactly where you are now.

This program allows you a safe space to drive changes in your numbers and mindset. I have immensely felt the impact of the Collective program and know that I have the tools and confidence to overcome any curveball diabetes throws at you.

Abby, T1D 4 years

Every topic discussed somehow covered many of the pieces I was missing, but didn’t know I was missing. It exceeded my expectations and my time in range has increased by 24%.

John, T1D 13 years

I took a chance on this program because I was overwhelmed by seeing so much diabetes content on social media, but not knowing how to actually implement it. The coaches in this program were amazing and I’m so happy with the investment.

Sherri, T1D, 28 years

Before joining I didn't even know what my challenges were but I knew I needed help. After the very first month, I felt so much calmer and had less anxiety with more understanding of my body and patterns.

Chrissy, T1D 4 months

Here's Exactly What We'll Work On Together

Each month focuses on one area of Type 1 diabetes, giving you the framework to make more confident decisions before moving on to the next.

1
Month 1: Building Your Personal T1D Protocol
Members complete a structured self-audit of their current habits and decision patterns to identify where they have strong foundations, where the gaps are, and what will have the biggest impact on their day-to-day diabetes management.
2
Month 2: Auditing Your T1D Infrastructure
Build a stronger understanding of the technical side of your Type 1 diabetes management, from CGM arrows and insulin settings to correction factors, pre-bolusing, basal rates, and AID systems. We'll help you recognize what your patterns are telling you, where your education gaps are, and how to think through what to look at when something isn't working…
3
Month 3: Navigating T1D Dynamic Factors
Learn how to navigate the situations that have the biggest impact on blood sugars, including illness, travel, eating out, hormonal changes, and exercise. Together, we'll build practical frameworks for each one so you can approach these moments with more confidence and less guesswork.
4
Month 4: Turning Your Data into Decisions
Learn how to recognize the patterns behind your blood sugars instead of reacting to individual numbers. We'll teach you how to interpret your CGM data, understand the story it's telling over time, and make more confident decisions without feeling overwhelmed by every graph.
5
Month 5: Carrying the Mental Load of T1D
Reduce the mental burden of Type 1 diabetes by addressing the thoughts, fears, and beliefs that shape your everyday decisions. Together, we'll work through fear of lows, relationship to insulin, burnout, and limiting beliefs so diabetes takes up less mental space in your daily life.
6
Month 6: Eating with Confidence
Learn the strategies that help people with Type 1 diabetes enjoy foods like pizza, sushi, and ice cream while improving blood sugars. Together, we'll help you find the balance between eating foods that nourish your body, support your blood sugars, and still give you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love.

FAQs

Questions we often get.

When can I join?

You can join anytime. Each monthly theme is designed to stand on its own, so there's no "perfect" time to start and no catching up required.

Who is this for?

The Collective is designed for adults living with Type 1 diabetes who want more confidence in their day-to-day decisions. Whether you've lived with T1D for one year or 50, you'll benefit if you're tired of reacting to blood sugars, second-guessing yourself, or trying to piece everything together on your own., our 1:1 coaching program may be a better fit.

How much time does it require?

About two hours of live coaching each month, plus time to apply the monthly framework at your own pace. All sessions are recorded so you can participate on your schedule if you can't attend live.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available. HSA and FSA funds are also accepted.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is coaching and education. We don't prescribe or adjust insulin doses. But we do teach you how to better understand your patterns, think through everyday decisions, and work more effectively to tackle the day-to-day decisions that your endo appointment doesn't have time to cover.

What if my blood sugars are already pretty good?

Around 65% of our members join with an A1C below 7% and Time in Range above 70%. They don't come because they're "failing" at diabetes. They come to gain more predictability, reduce the mental burden, enjoy greater food freedom, and understand the patterns behind their blood sugars, while continuing to improve their numbers along the way. Our goal is getting you to a place where you maintain 85%+ TIR while thinking about diabetes less.

What if I’ve had Type 1 Diabetes for decades?

Many of our members have lived with Type 1 diabetes for 20, 30, or even 50+ years. They often tell us they learned more practical, real-life strategies in The Collective than they had in years of appointments because the focus isn't just on information. It's about applying it to everyday life.

Six months from now, you'll still be living with Type 1 diabetes.

But it doesn't have to take up as much of your life.

Right now, you might feel like you're constantly reacting to your blood sugars, second-guessing your decisions, or piecing everything together through trial and error. Six months from now, you could have a personalized framework built around your life, understand your patterns, and have practical strategies you can rely on instead of starting from scratch every time.
