Our 1:1 Coaching for T1D Parents helps you stop reacting—and start leading with clarity and confidence.
We offer 2, 3 or 6 month coaching programs, depending on your needs. On your enrollment call, you’ll discuss which plan is best for you to reclaim the life you deserve.
You will have personal calls with your coach, dedicated to addressing your main questions and challenges.
Stay connected with your coach between sessions. Whether you’re navigating a new challenge or celebrating a small win, your coach is here to provide encouragement, insight, and accountability throughout your journey.
After you complete your program, you’ll be invited to join our Risely community with other graduates & access to content, events, and continued support.
Our family coaching is designed for parents/caregivers of children with T1D under 18, and we often work with the child in these sessions as well. We can discuss this more in an enrollment call after applying.
Yes, with a diagnosis of diabetes, you can use HSA dollars to pay for our coaching programs.
At the root, health coaching helps you get “unstuck” by helping you develop the tools and strategies to become aware of your blocks and patterns so that you can move forward towards the vision you have for yourself.
Risely’s coaching methodology is rooted in behavior change, published research, and our own internal client data collection. We focus on putting you in the driver’s seat and working alongside you to identify the gaps in your knowledge, give you the accountability and relatability you need, and help you with implementation and creating sustainable change.

We are proud to offer coaching internationally. Whether you live inside or outside the U.S., our coaching is available to you. Program graduates over the last year were based in the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., Kuwait, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Dubai.
All coaches on our team are Nationally Board Certified Health Coaches (NBHWC), trained and credited through a program that collaborates with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).

All coaching calls are on Zoom and we use Slack for communication, coaching, and support in between calls. The exact schedule is sent out to clients who enroll and traditionally our calls take place on Tuesday, or Wednesday. All calls are recorded, so you can replay a session if you were unable to attend or want to look back on a certain topic. We’ve had clients join the Family Program in all different time zones from Australia, Europe, and all across the U.S.
The Family Program includes 8 weekly coaching calls, 2 1:1 calls with a certified coach, and guest coach Dr. Elana Dumont, PsyD. You'll have 24/7 access to Slack communication, and lifetime-access to a resource vault. Together, we'll tackle topics like, independence, healthy communication, How to talk to your child about their diabetes (with guidance from our psychologist), preventing lows/ highs before, during + after activities and strategies to optimize technology.
