Meet Your Coaches

Lauren Bongiorno

Nationally Board Certified Health Coach, Founder and CEO of Risely Health, and T1D of 25 years. Lauren played Division I soccer in college and spent years feeling like exercise and stable blood sugars could not coexist. Everything changed when she learned how to work with her body's patterns instead of against them. Today she trains five to six days a week and stays in range 90% of the time.

Do I need to be a serious athlete or gym person to join?

Not at all. This program is for any adult living with T1D who wants to move their body with more confidence, whether that means hitting the gym five days a week or just going on a walk after dinner.

Do I have to do the workout program?

Not at all! The 8-week workout program is optional and included as a bonus resource for those who want it.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Flexible payment plans are available and HSA and FSA funds are also accepted.

What if I cannot make a live call?

No problem! Every call is recorded and available after the session so you never miss out.
